thorough and effective counseling.
Mental health is not only important for the mind, but it also affects the body and soul. What we feed is what grows. To have a healthy mind is based upon what we feed the mind. Feeding the mind with positive thoughts, inspiration and meditation will lead to optimal mental health and vitality.
My ultimate goal is to empower, to encourage and to assist clients discover their inner strength, to work through challenges and to find the best and most appropriate solution.
I strive to foster a healthy, trustworthy, and therapeutic relationship with all clients. I firmly believe that “if you are no good for yourself, then you’re no good for anyone else.”
